We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Delivery is Required
Shipping and delivery includes only orders that are accepted when delivered at the shipping address provided. Customers are responsible for providing a Shipping Address that is sufficiently complete to ensure delivery.
- Only the Shipping Address is conveyed to the delivery driver. Order notes are only seen by customer service.
- Address correction service is not included and charges may be imposed by the carrier
- If the circumstances of delivery change while a shipment is in-transit, customers must contact us immediately to make alternative arrangements in order to minimize the charges incurred.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Items returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any actual carrier charges we incurred (minus any freight charges already paid by the customer). IMPORTANT: this will normally include two-way charges if the carrier attempted to deliver and returned the shipment to us either via customer instruction or inaction.
Orders will be subject to an additional $5 service fee if they:
- are returned and ultimately not delivered due to customer-supplied non-deliverable addresses, or
- are refused delivery by the customer and therefore returned to sender.
Returns for items with or without prior authorization and subsequently deemed unacceptable for return upon receipt and inspection (not in "original condition") will be subject to additional actual shipping charges plus a handling charge of $5 if the customer wishes to have the product returned to them.
All items are undamaged when they are tendered to the shipping carrier. Check your shipment carefully immediately upon arrival for any obvious damage, and report any such damage to the carrier immediately upon delivery. The carrier will be responsible for return and replacement shipping of damaged shipments. Contact us so that we may facilitate this process and correct the situation for you as quickly as possible.
Warranty and Defect Claims
Boston Medical Corporation takes complete responsibility for return and replacement shipping costs if any product that we manufacture is determined to be defective, except items listed and sold as "used" or "AS-IS" or factory-direct items. Our manufactured brands include:
- Boston disposable gloves
- ezBoston disposable gloves
- Guards disposable gloves
Factory-Direct items (identified on each factory-direct product page) must be returned shipping prepaid to the manufacturer for repair or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Recalled products may be returned at the manufacturer's expense, but this depends on the terms of each recall.
We can facilitate your manufacturer warranty claim. Please contact us within within the warranty period to obtain instructions. Product defect claims will not be considered if the product is working as described on the respective web page and published documentation at the time of ordering.
